Shipping
The team at JORDE understands you can't wait to get your package. From the moment you pick out your favorite ski gear to the thrill of unboxing it, we hope to make every step seamless and quick.
Transit Times
We strive to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible. Domestic orders will be shipped out within 2 business days and international orders will ship out within 3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Delivery Times
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our standard international shipping options, please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number. If you have questions about the whereabouts of your package after it has shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly as we do not have access to packages once they leave our warehouse. JORDE is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit, but we will try our best to make it right.
Please note we are not responsible for any address entry errors. If you need your shipping address updated please reach out to support@shopjorde.com. Once an order ships it is out of our control and address changes are no longer able to be made.
